The SR620 is a time interval and frequency counter with high time accuracy. It is used to detect signal sources of specific frequencies, measure and calculate the frequency value and time interval value of the target signal source; it can also be used to analyze the Allan variance of electrical signals and conduct statistical analysis.The SR620 time interval and frequency counter is a single device that can simultaneously perform the functions of two devices. One is to count the number of time intervals of each target electrical signal pulse; the other is to calculate the frequency value of the target signal. This device has an internal high-precision time control circuit and has high-precision time statistics function, with a single-time resolution of 25 ps; it can accurately calculate the time length between each pulse and can convert the frequency value of the pulse signal within the 1.3 GHz frequency range. The display data has a resolution of 11 bits (1 s); XY-axis graphic output; GPIB and RS-232 interfaces.
